How to obtain a staircase with a continuous handrail and without newel posts?

Hi, I would like to have a stair case without newel posts and a continuous handrail, very much like this one: https://i.pinimg.com/564x/e2/1b/84/e21b846a5738fa99f34b0da9c6279ad9.jpg How could this be achieved so that it is strong enough? Would this need a specialist, or would most staircase joiners be able to make something like this? Thanks very much in advance for your help. Steve

Its definitely a job for a skilled bespoke joiner! I would send the picture to some local joinery workshops in your area and see what they think...
