I have a bricked driveway but it always seem to be full of weeds. How best can i do this without usage of chemicals

Pressure washer will work and then a bag or two of kiln dried sand afterwards to seal it back up

A 2 stage clean using a high pressure washer and dried kiln sanding to refill the gaps between the joints of the blocks.
However getting a professional to apply some chemicals such, an all round anti-bacterial cleaner, biocide weedriller or block sealer, are all proven to prevent weeds and grime build up.
