Gas Boiler working, but no hot water

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.16 PM

I have a new system boiler that was installed a few months back, and it’s working well, it is heating my gas radiators in the house. When the weather got warmer, the boiler is not working even though, there is no hot water going to the water taps in the house, just warm. Why is this happening? Is it the boiler or the thermostat? Or am I missing something else?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Try turning the hot water cylinder thermostat up to 60 degrees. https://www.cse.org.uk/thesource/download/hot-water-cylinder-thermostats-312
