A single extension 2m by 3m - moving man hole and drain as well as patio doors, plastering, pluming and having a pitched roof. Any idea on how much this would cost in the Liverpool area .

You really need to post this as a job.There are too many variations (how much plumbing? how deep does the man hole need to be?) to price like this.Get a couple of local builders ON SITE to get some quotes.

the average cost of that would be about £10,000

This sounds like a living room extension to me!! the current going rate for this size of job in liverpool is around about 9000 to 11000 including vat, given the very depressed market you should not pay any more than this!
