Cost of replacing ceiling fibreboards with plasterboard

We are buying a property, home buyers report indicates ceilings throughout have fibreboards, can we just ignore this or negotiate the price further with this issue

Hi, If you want smooth nice ceilings in your new prospective property then you will need to replace the fibre boards on all ceilings .
If you dont then just leave them up there untouched.
to replace all the ceilings then you should knock off at least £2000 ok.
