Stair carpet and landing fittings

Is it possible to have a striped or patterned carpet fitted if stairs are in two sections with small landing between and turn corner

Yes with striped carpet the stripe has to flow over the stair nose ,but with the turn of the half landing it has to follow the stairs down so as you look at the stairs theirs a continuous line up it is possible to turn the stripe on the half landing but this depends on how the carpet joins
