Walls will need Propping up above the lintel using strongboy/acro props inside & outside the building
remove the brickwork around the lintel remove damaged lintel and replace new lintel
MUST INSERT DPC TRAY ABOVE LINTEL
fit new DPC tray to inner skin wall ( to cover lintel) to lap 100mm past lintel
rebuild brickwork turn the DPC tray up on the ends and fit plastic weep vents
cheers

You will need to prop the outside with strong boys and acro with battons inside. Then remove brick work and lintels and replace with new put a cavity tray In and weep holes to let moisture escape.

You'll have to use acro props to support the block or bricks above, remove old lintels and replace with new making sure that you have at least 100mm over lap and make sure you install weeper vents at both ends for ventilation .
Thanks Craig
