Kitchen Fitting
Anonymous user 1 April 2018 - 10.04 AM
We desperately need a new kitchen as our house had been neglected for many years. It isn't just a case of getting a kitchen as the actual room itself needs renovated. We need the floor repaired and levelled, we want patio doors put in, ceiling repaired, electrics sorted, plastering and we have exposed pipes that we would like hidden. This is before we even look at the kitchen units! What kind of tradesman do we need? Would a kitchen fitter do all that or would we need a builder?
Its best to go with a company that has the knowledge & experiance to carry out these works, but also is a good project manager so trades work in with each other and the process is smooth and organised. The project your describing normally works out more cost effective using one company than organising all different trades your self, causing you added stress or a result your disappointed with.

this would depend on kitchen fitters skills etc i run a business where i have every trade going, where as some people will just take on works that they specialise in. maybe worth asking a kitchen fitter if they are competent to do the works, if not, they will more than likely have contacts they call on for such works they dont do hope this helps sam

SouthamptonI run a business where i can intrude other trades I use at regular time and I trust, but other people might say they do it all, I tend to specialise in kitchen fitteing. A good kitchen fitter should be competent to do the works needed, hope this helps
