Thermostat and TRV in the same room , turn off TRV?

Hi I live in a two bedroom flat. The master bedroom has a thermostat(heatmiser) and a radiator without TRV. The radiator PIN is the RA-N valve model (the master bedroom is less used) the second bedroom has a radiator with TRV. I want to turn off the heating in master bedroom or put it to minimum setting. But im not able to do either. Please help me with options to fix this. PS: Also the living room has a evinox thermostat controller and two radiators.

You could isolate it at the lock shield valve on the other side then the radiator will not heat up
