Filling old socket holes

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.16 PM

Hi I am removing old sockets from a wall that is due to be plastered. Would anyone be able to tell me what I should use to fill the holes in?

Mortar, just below the surface. Then it can be all plastered

Cut some plaster board so it fits in to the holes and screw then in. It mite take two or three bit to bring it flush.

Hard wall or bonding adhesive both work well also for deep holes prior to plaster
