Can't find refill loop to boost the pressure up to 1/1.5

I can't seam to find the refill loop. Moved to a house which may have not had the heating on for a while. Heating has been fine but when I checked the radiators out of curiosity upstairs two out of 3 radiators aren't heating to the top so I've bled them and they still haven't. All downstairs are bled and heating to the top. Just can't find the loop to boost pressure to check that my bleeding effort has worked. Its a warm flow 50/70 boiler with a red tank above it and a pipe coming off it with a braided hose with a tap and brass pipe on the end open at one end. The pressure is at 0 but the heating is still working. I'm afraid of damage to the boiler as we've bought the house.
