One tap in House has low pressure, all the rest are normal

Anonymous user 15/03/2024 - 2.38 PM

Hi, Just looking for second opinions on this. We moved into a new Bellway home last year & since we moved in all taps have been fine but one which comes out at a very slow rate. It’s our bath hot tap. Both the hot & cold at the nearby sink is fine, and so is the cold in the same bath, which comes out the same tap. Bellway(who have often lied to us) say it’s normal, but a heating engineer(not a plumber) we had out recently said it shouldn’t happen unless there was a blockage in the tap or pipe. Before I go back to Bellway I just wanted some professional opinions on who is correct? Thanks for any help! Chris
