Bonded asbestos roof removal

We have a brick garage which is separate from the house and split in two - our garage and our neighbour's garage. Is it possible to remove/replace our side of the roof without affecting the other side?

Hi it is yes , as long as the asbestos has a joint down the middle , ideally do both together but I know that’s not always the case
