small wet patch on vertical tiles near bottom corner of bedroom window

I noticed the past couple of days that there is a small wet patch on the vertical tiles close to the bottom corner of the bedroom window. The rest of the tiles across the front are completely dry but the damp area has appeared twice now. The damp patch covers about 2/3 of the tiles. Does anyone know what it could be?

Hi, Without looking at it, its hard to say, but it sounds like condensation, try opening your windows with the heating on a few weeks should clear. Hope this helps.
