Hi Just use a good quality brand exterior masonry paint, many come with 10-15 year guarantee. Make sure the concrete is properly dried out and slightly thin the first coat with water

Hiya just to add if it is new surface area /bare concrete I was always recommend you will need to stabilise the surface with a stabilising solution prior to applying your masonry paint. This will help the paint to adhere to the area being attended to.
