Hi I have sent an invite to a carpenter and I haven't heard anything back as yet how long does t take to respond generally.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Personally i reply within aim 24 hours but usually soon as the email comes though

Your the customer you need to take control. If a trader keeps you waiting an unreasonable time then they'll probably be the same when works are due to start. Get other quotes and go with the one you think you can trust. Trust your instinct.
