Radiator not turning off

I recently have changed my boiler. One of my radiator (in the study) does not turn off. I have checked the pin and it does bounce up and down when pushed and changed the TRV head twice but it still remains on. What else should I do? Thanks

If you've changed the head and the pin is moving but the radiator is still heating then it seems like the valve is letting by. Time for a new valve...
