After Tanking of a wall, can you bond it

Hi, if someone is using a tanking slurry on the bottom meter of there walls, (back to brick work) to stop penetrating damp, can it then be bonded over the bring it back up to level, and the whole wall re skimmed? Any help greatfull

I don`t recommended, especially if its below the ground level. One coat of waterproof render on top 2 coats of slurry than some hardwall, don`t scratch the render.

dont use bonding as its porous material you should have one backing coats of sand and cement render with sika water proffer leave till the next day and skim
