Wimpey 'No Fines' Extension - Open plan possible?

Hi, Just want to know if anyone has had any experience with adding a single storey extension to a 'No Fines' property but specifically adding in a support steel to enable an open plan structure from the existing building? I just want to know if it is possible and how complicated it would be. Thanks!

It is possible it’s the same as any steel fitting just a lot harder, still need props and strong boys, and cut the shape of steel out of the concrete with a stihl saw and use a heavey duty pecker👍
