Gas Fire Place removal
Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.17 PM
Hello, I have a non working gas fire place in my living room which I want to get rid of. I understand that there is a gas engineer required to disconnect and cap off the supply. What after that? Whom do I need to contact for the removal, disposal of the fire place as well as plastering or bricking as required? Thanks.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi there Have your fire disconnected and gas pipe capped off by a corgi registered gas engineer and then you can get a fireplace trade to brick up plaster and vent
