Breather roof vents

Got to have 8 klober roof breather vents put in our fibreglass flat roof. Can anyone please give me a rough idea of cost for materisls and labour and also do they have to be klober as there are cheaper ones on the internet. Changing garage into bedroom with ensuite. Thanks for any advice given.

Is there a fascia or soffit that could be used instead of venting the actual roof?
it would be a cheaper way to do the job and also wouldn't compromise your existing fibreglass flat roof. also it would be good to know how you are insulting the existing roof.
