Hi.im going to have a conservetory 360 by 3m, im digging down 60cm. Can you advise me on what the width should be please?

The depth of the foundation according to building regs should be 2 foot 6 (750mm) to prevent the foundation being effected by frost damage. If the lower part of the conservatory is a 300mm cavity wall the foundation should be 600mm wide with a minimum concrete thickness of 150mm.
Also make sure the walls are properly tied in to the existing build I have seen many that aren't.

Correct depth of footings should be 1 meter deep with the concret being
750 deep 600wide that will allow for 150 hardcore,100 sub concret floor
Insulation and finally screed to finish @ dpc
