Best shower or pump for rubbish flow shower?

We have recently moved into a semi with a really poor water flow from the shower and hot tap in the bathroom. Kitchen rate is ok. It is literally a trickle and showering is a chore. The house has a non vented immersion cylinder on the landing and water tank in the loft. It also has solar water heating with a water tank in the loft. Not sure which is heating the water? The boiler is downstairs. My question is what can I do to improve the shower rate? Boiler pump? Different shower? It is a 3 yr old mixer 1bar. Desparate to sort this without payjng a fortune. Thanks

this sounds like a mish mash of systems,get a plumber who knows about unvented and solar thermal hot water in to give you advise ,ciphe will give you a number for a registered plumber in your area who will be able to sort it out and advise you about what to do with shower.
