Bathroom Fitting

Where to buy our bathroom from

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.35 PM

Looking for advice on where to buy our new bathroom. Bought kitchen with Wren and did not have good experience due to poor customer service, providing unqualified builders and taking too long! Which shops do you like working with/have had good experiences? Thank you!

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

In my opinion there is nowhere specifically 'better' for buying bathroom suites etc. However I do often recommend people to visit places that have a showroom, so that you can see exactly what you are getting. Places like B&Q usually have a comprehensive number of suites and tile ranges that are all in one place. Places like B&Q and Bathstore, for example also have fitting teams, however you can just purchase the suite from them, then independently find an installer on here or other sites that offer good, reliable tradesmen. Hope this helps

I agree with your first two answers. However, as a builder (and not a plumber) whenever I have been to plumbers merchants they have all without fail got quite "sniffy" when they realised I'm a builder. All except City Plumbing. It doesn't seem to matter which branch I go into, the service, help and support have always been great.
