Planning for bungalow in garden

I've got a double garage in garden 20 mtr from house 6m deep with 6m drive in front with separate access though street behind, is there a minimum distance a bungalow can be built to a house with the house windows looking directly over the garage. Any thoughts appreciated and how close to the boundary can you build

Phone your local council planning dept.They will be happy to give you all the information you require.In different areas different planning regulations apply.

Thats good advice. The local planners will help, or an architectural consultant like me. There is no planning law about the distance a bungalow can be, but there are sometimes planning policy adopted by councils and they do vary from council to council
