Lots of cracks appearing round the house

I have noticed slot of cracks appearing on walls and ceilings and was just after some advice some are to me quite large in length also have noticed some floor boards feel like they are sinking / becoming more and more creaky so just wanted to know if it is something to worry about or the norm in a old 3 bed terraced house
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi,
You could have subsidence, you really need to get it checked out, are there any cracks on the out side walls below dpc,are your windows and doors level, there are lots of ways to tell.

You could have very bad subsidence to the building I will get a qualified structural engineer to look at this promptly
