Insulation for a air brick

Hi I have a air brick in a spare room with a grid covering the space in the wall it seems quite cold the room doesn’t have a fire place just a normal radiator I have seen that you shouldn’t block these up as may cause damp at condensation is there a way of putting some insulation in it or should it just be left?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

You can cover them up you would need to vent the chimney externally, air bricks or mushroom pots on top
