Order of work for porch extension
Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.15 PM
We have the shell of a new porch built, with brickwork, roof and a window in. We are having a new front door. Should this go in before plastering the internal walls? My concern is that I wouldn't want an expensive new door to be damaged whilst plastering etc being done. Thanks.

Hi newie I personally would put all frames in so I can achieve a perfect finish I would take the doors out and re hang once plastering is done this will help ensure there is no damage to the new door or windows
