Add timer to electric radiator

Hi, I have a wall mounted Winterwarm SP01 heater in my second bedroom that I don't use. I have historically left the heater off and there is now a build-up of mould on the insider of the external wall (I am assuming condensation). Once I have gotten rid of the mould, I would like to switch the heater on for a few hours a day - is there anyway of doing this? There is a separate switch on the fuse box for the radiator and a fuse switch about a meter to the side of the radiator. Thanks

Hi yes the simplest and quickest way for you is to change the switched fused spur to a timer switch fused spur, then you can control what time and how long for you would like the radiator to heat up. Only thing is to check radiator doesn't exceed 13 amps , i cant see this being a problem as its already connected up like this but better to be safe. kind regards
