Block and beam floor has edges loose , and not sure of adequate ventilation

I’m not sure about the finished block and beam floor from our builder , it looks poor to me, there’s gaps to edges, six blocks wobble, the air vent is above floor level, I have pictures? Thanks

There should be slip blocs round the edge to cover the gaps there shouldn't be loose blocks they need to be lifted to see if the beams have debris on them and the vent should be level with the damp course brick they are telescopic and go under the bean and up to the face brick with a vent brick.
