Lights not working in back room, but nothing has tripped

Hi, The spotlights in my back room have stopped working. I went to put them on just now and they wont turn on. Neither will the garden light with the switch in the same room. All the sockets are working in the back room. Nothing has tripped on the consumer unit either. Any help is appreciated. Thanks The switch for the room lights is a single switch in the kitchen, just before you enter the room. The garden light switch is a separate switch on the far wall as you enter the room. 2 separate single switches.
