Hi I have had some work done due to wet walls from coming outside.

I have put a claim for the work being done.I have the invoice. But the builder is no longer available. The insurance company and citizens advice said to get a independent report as I can not get one of company who did the work. How do I get on to do that please help .

If you entered into the Consumers Rights Act, get in touch with them. Or you still have the same rights with Supply of goods and service act 1982. Did the trader give you a guarantee .
