i have ordered non slip vinyl for my kitchen the supplier has asked for upfront payment is this legal

sure that it is legal if you have a receipt with the name from where you provided the stuff the date and time I do not even problem the customer before doing the work I always ask a small deposit to take the materials I need but if the materials pay them him I show them a receipt to the customer

Hi Lillian, usually everyone is asking for an upfront to make sure the client is going for sure ahead, olso ask them for a recipt, or something to proove you pay them.

It's totally legal to be asked to pay upfront for your materials once you get a valid receipt and its delivered on time everything is above board
