Swap old Baxi 105e for new Baxi Duotec?

Hi. Our old Baxi 105e is nearing the end of it's life and needs replaced. Our gas engineer has suggested that the new Baxi Duotec boilers have the same wall fixing footprint and gas, water & central heating pipework entry points on the bottom of the boiler. Does anybody know if this is correct? Thanks.

exactly the same points. within one hour old boiler off new boiler should be on,fit a magnaclean and flush the system..£300 inc vat.
