Single taps to mixer taps

I want to change 2 single taps on a bath for a mixer tap with shower attachment but must be 150mm centres i know the standard is 180mm any help how i can do this please The taps need to be 150mm centres unable to find any

Great Question, i have the answer ,, i do believe. Just looked on amazon and they have quite a few options. If you need them fitted pls let me know.
