Should I use insulation tape to seal over joints and gaps in my roof insulation?

I have recently had an extension carried out on my house which included replacing the whole roof. My builder completed all of the construction work, but due to financial constraints I have ended up taking on a bit of the work myself. The new roof is a warmroof installation, so my builder put in my first 60mm of rigid insulation above the rafters, and I have put the same on the inside between the rafters. My question is should I use foil insulation tape, such as Idenden T303, to seal the joints between each section of board and the joint between the rafters and the insulation I have put in?
