Hiting balance a gas safe certificat...........................

Hi can anybody advice me please how to balance my radiators because almost all of them a cold on bottom. Thanks .And second question can any body say how long it's take to get a gas safe certificate from applying?

firstly turn off your heating let all rads cool down then shut of all rads by trvs and lock shield. once they are cool turn the heating back on start with the rad closest to the boiler and turn the lock shield a quarter turn or TRVs to 2/3 then gradually turn them all on the same way the further you get away from the boiler the further you might have to turn the lock shield. also you might want to vent the rads making sure there is no air inside.

it sounds like you have rust/sludge in the bottom of your radiators as this is the main cause of cold spots at the bottom, and not an unbalanced system, balancing is just to make them all turn on at the same time.
get your radiators flushed through and this should solve the cold area problem
