Is My Concrete Ruined?

Yesterday at 11am I built a vertical (retaining a 30 inch bank) sleeper garden wall (only 30 inches high) and made up some concrete and put it in either side of the sleepers to depth of 10 inches. Yesterday was nice and warm here in Surrey but this morning I see the cars frosted up! The concrete had a good run before the frost I would have thought so will I be ok or could the concrete be very weak (or even ruined)?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

hi,
if its not hard by now its the frost got to it, Start Again.

to be certain I would say start again, frost would have most certainly affected the concrete
