Combination toilet & wash basin

1. How difficult are these 2-in-1 combi toilets with built in basins to fit? I want the design where the basin sits directly ON TOP of the cistern; and not to the 'side' of it (I have no space for an integrated side cabinet). Is it a half day job? 2. Are they more prone to faults than separated systems? Anything in particular to take into consideration? Are there certain MODELS that are better than others? I have a tiny toilet room and want to install a wash basin...this may be the most space-saving design for me, but don't want to swap old for new if I'm gonna invite a whole bunch of potentially new problems. Just how 'good' are they? Are plumbers fitting them in their own homes?

hello as you could see in my before and after photos l have fitted a sink & toilet and l think that they are good for space as for fitting time it would be down to where your pips run from but l would put that down as a day, hope that helps
