INSTALLATION OF NEW NEW ROOF

I am looking to have a complete new roof done. What should i be looking for to be done to make sure the roof is not only weather proof but also as warm and energy efficient as possible? Thanks

It should be covered by the building inspector as it will need to be signed off by building control if you want to go the hole hog sandtoft do an new all singing all dancing roof tile unfortunately it also comes at a significant cost about £8 a tile the last time I checked.

I recommend a roof survey if they recommend a new roof is needed the process will work like this .
1. the roof will be completely stripped back to beam
2. Supply and fit new installation in loft for warmth and to prevent further issues in years to come
3. New breathable membrane fully supplied and fitted along with new pressure treated batons
4. New tiles colour/design of your choosing are fully supplied and fitted
5. New dry ridge system fully supplied and fitted along with new dry verge system if property allows that
