My Radiator won’t retain the heat , we have bled it , no air in it , what else can we do ? Stumped

My central heating works fine , new boiler Dec 2016 My lounge never seems to be warm , so installed a New radiator , now it warms up , but won’t retain the heat , any advice please , Thank you

Your radiators needs to be balanced,this should have been done after the install,
You can do this by the turning down the other radiator trv and lockshields a quater turn until your newly installed radiator is the required heat
