leaking waterfall taps

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.14 PM

Hi there. I had waterfall mixer taps fitted 2 yrs ago. Last night i noticed water spraying from under tap whilst running bath. I investigated under tap to find one of the screws hanging down and it wont screw bk in. Is there any solution to fix this as apparently the job involves moving my bath out and sink to get behind bath to renew taps. Thanks kev. Ps. It is a philips screw

Chances are it will be an Allen key instead of a screw. Try using an Allen key spinning backwards then Try screwing it back in. Chances are It may be threaded.

Hi, I have fitted countless waterfall taps and they do have Allen/ hex key screws, as previous answer try backing it off then tighten, it may work, I have had a similar fault and unfortunately I had to change the taps, hope this is helpful
