Hot water running in all but the one bathroom shower in a 2 bed/2 bathroom flat.

Hi, I live in a 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms (one of them is an en-suite). I went in this morning to check on the flat and noticed there is no hot water coming from the second bathroom. The shower in the second bathroom produces freezing cold water. I checked the taps in the second bathroom and they produce hot water. I checked the shower in the en-suite and there was hot water (it took a couple of minutes for the water to turn hot) along with the taps on the sink which also produced hot water. I checked the taps in the kitchen and hot water was running. The radiators were okay, though the main bedroom is slow to heat up but I think it’s because it’s further away from the boiler. The water pressure in the second bathroom is okay, though strong when it’s cold (I think that is a common thing with showers, water pressure being stronger when cold that is). I left the second shower to run for 5 minutes and the water just got colder. I noticed when turning the water on/off, it seemed to be on the loose side while the en-suite shower handle was a bit more stable. I have an Ideal Logic combi 30 (?) boiler and the flat is heated by gas central heating. I have no idea what the cause of this is or how I can get it resolved because guests will have to use my en-suite which isn’t ideal. Thanks in advance.
