How do I have an aerial reinstated ?

If you have an aerial already you will need to see if you have an adequate signal. See if you can see where the cable comes from the aerial and test at the end. You can buy a basic signal strength meter as a rough guide for this. Normally anything over 40db will work but the higher reading the better. If you have no aerial it's best to call a proffesional in as they will have more acurate testers to align the aerial for maximum signal reception and correct fittings for attaching to a chimney.
