can I change a morso squirrel balanced flue gas stove into a normal stove?

my in laws are offering a balanced flue morso gas stove to us, but our flat has no suitable wall. We have a chimney flue that would take it- if we are able to convert the stove from balanced to normal flue. Is this possible/easy and what are the pros and cons?

Hi there. depand on your flue condensation . i need to check condensation of flue and must be not older than 15 years.
