Mixer Shower running cold, bought part, now no water!

This is the part I have installed after sending photo of shower to parts supplier, they recommended the part: Ultra SASF2 Thermostatic Cartridge with CEL-001A-WAX Piston and Wax Thermostat I fitted it. The piston springs. Prevously there was only cold water, now, there is no water at all. Can anyone help me please? New DIYer

Hi,
I feel this job is a little complex for a new DIYer. I would recommend getting a plumber in who will have it working within the hour.
