Need some advice before making my mind up, weather to have a chimney removed.

THANKS TO J. E. BUILDING FOR LETTING ME KNOW THAT THE CONCRETE HEATH CAN STAY IN PLACES IF THE CHIMNEY BELOW ISN'T BEING REMOVED.
