What boiler size do I need for extra bedroom and bathroom

I am planning a 2 storey extension to my 70's 3 bed semi. The boiler would have to be upgraded. Would the Vaillant Ecotec plus 837 combi boiler be sufficient for 15 radiators (4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms).

No you need a Vaillant System Boiler 630/637 with an unventend Cylinder A Combi boiler Vaillant 837 will not give you the hot water performance. because it does not store the hot water. It heats the water on demand, and will not be able to keep up with 2 or 3 showers running at the same time.
