Smiths wood wimpy fines house structural survey.

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.33 PM

Looking to buy a house in Smith's wood that is built using wimpy no fines. Theres a small crack in what I believe to be the dividing wall between house around a foot below the top height of a patio door. Before I buy the house, i would like it assessed, any recommendations please? No issues with mortgage.

You need to get a structural engineer to have a look at it. You can find your own or contact your local planning authority who will have some on their books.
