Valiant Turbomax Pro 828e boiler makes noise when hot water turned on

Hi, I have a valiant turbomax pro 828e boiler that works fine with the heating, but when the hot water is turned on the boiler makes a foghorn/airplane noise. There is no hot water tank. The water pressure seems to be a bit low, but I think this will rectify itself when the noise issue is resolved.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

The Boiler Pressure needs to be at 1 bar when Cold (you can top up the Pressure yourself) Get it Serviced. If the hot water goes hot then cold then hot again, then you need a new Hot water Heat Exchanger or get someone to Clean your one out. Best Boiler Vaillant Made, should last 25 Years

Looks like the heat exchanger could bein need of being flushed out
